The Olympic Broadcast & Media's (OB&M) Terms and Conditions of Use states how OB&M uses information when accessing mcdn.com, kmas.com and OB&M.com - which are all part of the OB&M family.

The information on the OB&M Websites represents the opinions and perspectives of a variety of contributors and users of the OB&M Websites. You, the user/reader should assume OB&M has not independently verified the accuracy, thoroughness, or relevance of all the content available on the OB&M Websites. As a condition of your access to and use of the OB&M Websites, you agree to hold OB&M employees, contractors and management, harmless from, and indemnify them for, all damages, costs, expenses and other liabilities, including but not limited to attorneys' fees and expenses, relating to any claim arising out of or related to: (i) your access to and use of the OB&M Websites and the content therein; (ii) your violation of these Terms (including terms incorporated into them), and any applicable law or the rights of another person or party; (iii) any dispute you have or claim to have with one or more users of the OB&M Websites; (iv) OB&M resolution (if any) of any dispute you have or claim to have with one or more users of the OB&M Websites; (v) your improper authorization for OB&M to collect, use or disclose any data or User Generated Content provided by you; and (vi) any disclosures made with your permission (including, without limitation, your consent that OB&M disclose your personal information and other information collected as set forth in our Privacy Policy.  Furthermore, you fully understand and agree that: (a) OB&M will have the right but not the obligation to resolve disputes between users relating to the OB&M Websites and OB&M.  Resolution of a particular dispute does not create an obligation to resolve any other dispute; and (b) OB&M’s resolution of a dispute will be final with respect to the OB&M Websites and governed under the law of the State of Washington, United States of America. 

MODIFICATIONS TO OB&M WEBSITES

OB&M reserves the right from time to time to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue, and restrict or block access to, the OB&M Websites (or any part thereof) without notice. OB&M may temporarily or permanently modify or remove any part or all of your content from the OB&M Websites at any time without any notice to you. OB&M will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, discontinuance or removal and any such action by OB&M will not affect OB&M's license to your content as stated herein.

OB&M does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 14 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 14, do not attempt to register for our OB&M Websites or send any information about yourself to OB&M.
