Soccer Spring Registration

Spring Registration starts January 5th.
Spring soccer is for fun and conditioning. Registration opens on January 5th, 2013 and games begin March 16th, no game March 30th, and last game is May 18th Player registrations after February 18th will be assessed a $10 late fee. U9- U-18 TEAMS MUST BE FORMED BY 2/18/2013 TO BE TURNED INTO THE DISTRICT. IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PLAYERS SIGNED UP IN AN AGE BRACKET BY THIS DATE, THERE WILL BE NO TEAM FOR THIS AGE BRACKET. SIGN-UP EARLY!  Co-ed teams start practice March 25th, games start April 6th with the last game being played May 11th.
Registration Information: You can register for spring soccer by going to smysc.org, and click on the Registration Button to the left and choose online registration. Forms are also available at your child's school and at the civic center, or by clicking on the registration form below, if you choose this option you must download the form and fill it out by hand and mail it in to
