Colorado beats No. 19 Oregon 48-47
Andre Roberson scored the game-winner with 29 seconds left, capping Colorado's game-closing 8-0 run and the Buffaloes handed No. 19 Oregon its third straight loss, 48-47 on Thursday night.
Roberson finished with 10 points and 13 rebounds for the Buffaloes (15-7, 5-5 Pac-12), who trailed 47-40 with just under 4 minutes to play.
E.J. Singler scored 14 points for the Ducks (18-5, 7-3), who had their 20-game home winning streak snapped.
Singler had a chance to win it for Oregon but his long jumper was tipped and fell into Roberson's hands with 1.1 seconds left.
The Ducks led 28-23 at halftime and never trailed until Roberson put back his own miss with 29 seconds left, a possession set up by an offensive foul by Singler, Oregon's fourth straight turnover.
Carlos Emory had 14 points for the Ducks.
 
No. 6 Gonzaga beats Pepperdine 82-56
Kevin Pangos scored 14 points and No. 6 Gonzaga pounded Pepperdine 82-56 on Thursday night for its 24th consecutive victory over the Waves.
Kelly Olynyk added 13 points for Gonzaga (22-2, 9-0 West Coast), which has won five straight since losing at Butler.
Stacy Davis scored 16 points to lead Pepperdine (10-13, 2-8), which has lost four straight games. Nikolas Skouen added 12 points.
In their first meeting, Pepperdine led by a point with 14 minutes left before losing 78-62. But this one was over early, as Gonzaga made 12 3-pointers and the Waves committed 21 turnovers.
Gonzaga scored the first 10 points of the game and Pepperdine was scoreless for the first 5 minutes.
The Waves committed nine turnovers in the first 8 minutes to fall behind 14-2.
 
UCLA beats Washington 59-57 on buzzer beater
Larry Drew II hit the game-winning jumper at the buzzer, lifting UCLA to a 59-57 victory over Washington on Thursday night and ending a two-game skid.
Shabazz Muhammad had 22 points and eight rebounds. Drew and Travis Wear added nine points each as the Bruins overcame their worst shooting game of the season to win.
UCLA (14-9, 6-4 Pac-12) was coming off a 75-71 home loss to USC a week ago.
Aziz N'Diaye had 11 points and a career-high 18 rebounds to record his 10th double-double of the season for Washington (13-10, 5-5), which has lost six of its last seven games. C.J. Wilcox scored 15 points and Abdul Gaddy added 13.
With the Bruins clinging to a 56-55 lead, Muhammad made one of two free throws. Wilcox's lay-up tied the game at 57-all with 10 seconds left.
Drew's fall-away jumper over Washington defender Shawn Kemp Jr. was his third game-winning basket of the season.
Southern California beats Washington State 72-68
Byron Wesley scored 20 points and J.T. Terrell added 12 points before fouling out as USC held off Washington State 72-68 Thursday night.
Wesley sparked the Trojans early with 13 first-half points, but it was Terrell who ignited the Trojans (10-13, 5-5 Pac 12) when they needed it most. Terrell scored all 12 of his points during a 10-minute stretch of the second half. His 3-pointer with 5:26 left put USC up 56-53, and the Trojans held the lead the rest of the way.
Ari Stewart added 11 points for USC, and Jio Fontan had 10 points and a game-high 11 assists.
Washington State's Brock Motum, who began the night ranked third in the Pac-12 averaging 18.3 points per game, scored 15 points on 6-of-16 shooting.
DaVonte Lacy led all scorers with 21 points and his backcourt mate Mike Ladd had 16 for the Cougars (11-12, 2-8).
 
Sacramento State beats Eastern Washington 61-55
Dylan Garrity scored 15 points, John Dickson added 13 and Sacramento State avoided another close conference loss by beating Eastern Washington 61-55 on Thursday night.
Garrity made three 3-pointers and added six assists for the Hornets (11-10, 6-7 Big Sky), who came in with three one-point losses in conference play, including Monday's 62-61 heartbreaker to Northern Arizona.
Collin Chiverton had 12 points off the bench for the Eagles (6-17, 4-9).
Sacramento State led for most of the game, but Eastern Washington pulled ahead midway through the second half and led 48-44 after Thomas Reuter's 3-pointer with 8:43 to play. Sacramento State scored the next 10 points, capped by Mikh McKinney's two free throws with 4:15 left, to take the lead for good.
The Hornets led by as many as eight points in the first half before the Eagles closed the gap to 29-27 at halftime.
 
Portland uses 3s to beat Loyola Marymount 69-60
Ryan Nicholas and Tanner Riley combined to hit 9 of 10 3-pointers as Portland defeated Loyola Marymount 69-60 Thursday night in a battle of teams mired in six-game losing streaks.
Nicholas converted all five of his 3-point attempts and finished with 21 points, while Riley was 4 for 5 and had 17 points for the Pilots (9-16, 2-8 West Coast), who were 11 for 16 as team from beyond the arc and shot 56 percent overall from the field. Both of Portland's conference wins this season have come against Loyola Marymount (8-15, 1-9).
Anthony Ireland scored 21 points for the Lions, who lost despite shooting 47 percent and making 5 of 9 3-point attempts.
Thomas van der Mars added 14 points and Derrick Rodgers had 11 assists for the Pilots.
Portland led 60-58 with 1:52 remaining but got a 3-pointer from Nicholas that sparked a 9-2 game-ending run.
